How long will my order take?
- Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 working days.
- You can expect delivery within 7-14 days (this doesn’t apply to international orders)
- A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
What if I receive a damaged product?
- Don’t worry! Email us at estherphingmoo@gmail.com with the following:
Unboxing video of the product and supporting images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Depending on availability, we’ll either: Replace the product, or refund your amount.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the refund initiation date.
Can I cancel my order?
- Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been shipped.
- Custom wholesale orders cannot be canceled once placed.
When will I receive my refund for a canceled order?
- Refunds for payments made via:
Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking will be credited back to the same account.
- Refund processing time: 5-7 working days.
- Please note: Delays caused by your bank are beyond our control.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
- If your order hasn’t been shipped, please contact us immediately to correct it.
- If the order has already been shipped:
We cannot issue a refund for orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping details.
